The WATERS of Vermilion Community Association hires and manages the community caretakers who are in charge of keeping the grounds and common areas in tip-top shape.  Everything up to the walls of your home is covered by the WoV Community Association.

The caretaking service will also provide personal services to the owners such as housekeeping, internal home checks, grocery shopping and more.  Please inquire for a complete list of services offered.
