The lifestyle here is simple: When you come and stay, you get to play™ and we’ll take care of the rest.  The WATERS of Vermilion Community Association, cares for all common areas and buildings right up to your door step including the WATERS Club and Guest Cabin. Lawns are mowed in the summer, sidewalks and steps are shoveled in the winter, and the roads are maintained and plowed. 

Just think, instead of mowing – you can fish.  Instead of installing the dock, you can boat.  Instead of shoveling, you can ski!  All you need to take care of is your home.  And if you want, we can take care of that too!   Living at WATERS of Vermilion is like having a year-round concierge to take care of as much or as little as you like.   

Your time is valuable; we all have exactly 24 hours in each day.  At WATERS of Vermilion, we want you to have the time to do what you love with those you love – time to enjoy – time to create memories.   While we can’t give you more time, we can give you more free time! Community Association
All WATERS of Vermilion owners are automatically members of the Community Association, a non-profit organization.  The Waters of Vermilion Community Association maintains all common areas, grounds and buildings.  It is governed by a board of directors elected by the owners.  There is an annual meeting held each year. The Agenda includes Budget Review and Approval and other business as needed. Each lot has one vote.  Each member pays a monthly Association Fee that is set by the membership to cover the budget.
