There is a small fee to cover the housekeeping costs.

Community Trails
Community Trails connect all of the property amenities and offer peaceful strolls throughout the 33 acres.  Most are accessible for golf carts and are great for show shoeing in the winter.

Crystal Pond and Beach
Crystal Pond is a 3 acre, spring-fed, “crystal” clear pond with a beautiful sandy swimming beach.  Pull up a Chaise Lounge or Cabana!  Pack a picnic! Enjoy the cool water and the majestic rock formations the glaciers left behind.  Crystal Beach is accessible by walking trails or golf cart.

Lily Pond
Lily Pond is a restored wetland and mini wildlife preserve. Hop on one of the Boat Club Pedal Boats and take a spin around Raspberry Island.  You’ll see frogs, ducks, blue herons, and more.  And please…enjoy some raspberries!

Putting Green
Waters of Vermilion’s 1000 square foot professional grade putting green was professionally installed by Southwest Greens of Minnesota, supplier to many professional golfers.  It has 4 cups for fun play, a sand trap, bench and real ball washer!  Some putters are on site but if you have one you like – bring it!  It is a great place to warm up before hitting the links or just to putt a ‘round!

Par Course Exercise Stations
Scheduled for installation in Summer 2009, the Exercise stations will be placed along the walking trails throughout the property for invigorating circuit training and workouts.

Campfire Rings
Marshmallows!  Need we say more?  Located throughout the property, campfire rings provide fun places to gather, cook, tell stories and eat smores!  Fully prepared fire boxes are available at the WATERS Club with kindling, matches, newspaper and a few dry logs.  Or, just gather your own.

Fishing Pier
The Pier is located on Lake Vermilion in front of the Waters Club.  It is a great place to fish, launch kayaks, soak up sun or dangle your toes in the water.  Don’t forget the photo opportunity in front of the Pier Tower Ahu. (Ahu - a Hawaiian word for a pile of rocks marking a special place)

Marina Valet
Just across Pike Bay is Aronson’s BoatWorks, the official marina and boat valet service to WATERS of Vermilion.  Many boaters prefer their boats to be dry docked to keep the bottom clean.  Aronson’s will dry dock your boat and bring it to you on an hour's notice.  It can be gassed up and supplied as you request.  Storage fees are paid directly to Aronson’s and the valet service is complimentary.  Tips are appreciated. This maintenance-free valet service is a valuable option for boaters.

Mooring Facilities
Additional mooring facilities have been granted by Greenwood Township.  We are engaged in an environmental assessment worksheet to assure proper implementation and placement of the dock plan. Our goal is to have mooring rights available to each owner.
