At Waters of Vermilion, all of the building sites are oriented towards water in some form.  Each of the sites has underground utilities already in and buried, and municipal water and sewer lines are ready to be connected to (no septic systems necessary).  With the varied terrain, there are lots that will accomodate full basements, walkouts, and slab-on-grade homes.  Due to the wide variety of sites, there are orientations of all kinds available so whether you prefer sunrises, sunsets, or just want the warmth of the summer sun, we have what you need!  With each lot purchase, each owner also becomes owner of 1/45^th of the common elements such as the trails, beach areas, Waters Club, and more.  While Waters of Vermilion does have certain restrictions and architectural controls, each lot owner does have the option of choosing their own Builder, or they can work with one of our Preferred Builders.
